MJ. Katapang, Bandung – The West Java Region of the World Peace Organization (WPO West Java Region) supported the implementation of the _Karang Taruna Road to School_ program held at SMAN 1 Katapang, Bandung Regency. Mey 19, 2026
The program was attended by the Vice Regent of Bandung, Mr. Ali Syakieb, also known as Vice Regent Ali Sakin.
In his address, he emphasized the strategic role of youth organizations in shaping character, fostering leadership, and preparing the younger generation for Indonesia’s Golden Vision 2045.
Key objectives of the program include:
1. Organizational Learning Platform Encouraging students to actively engage in organizations to develop leadership and teamwork skills from an early age.
2. Preparing for Golden Indonesia 2045 – Enhancing the quality of human resources, mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit to create new employment opportunities.
3. Government Program Socialization Introducing the Bandung Regency Government’s interest-free and collateral-free revolving capital loan program to support young entrepreneurs and MSMEs.
The event was participated in by the Scout Movement Ambalan Cakrabuana-Nyimas Undang Geulis and students of SMAN 1 Katapang.
The interactive session generated strong enthusiasm among participants regarding leadership development and youth entrepreneurship.
This initiative reflects WPO West Java Region’s commitment to empowering youth and supporting local government programs that contribute to sustainable community development.
